Home Prices up for 7th Straight Month

Market Update: Columbia Heights

Market Update: Dupont

The Dupont Circle neighborhood remained relatively stable from 2008 to 2009.  There were 283 sales in the neighborhood last year, a 21% increase from 2008, with most of the increase coming from two + bedroom condominiums.
